Job Summary
Isvara Overseas is seeking a skilled Overseas Recruitment Specialist to manage our international placement operations across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Europe, and Southeast Asia markets. You will be responsible for the complete overseas deployment process — from client mandate receipt to candidate mobilization — while maintaining strong relationships with overseas employers and government-approved recruitment channels.
This role requires deep knowledge of overseas employment documentation, visa processes, and cross-cultural workforce management.
About the Role
As an Overseas Recruitment Specialist, you will serve as the bridge between Indian talent and international employers across the Gulf, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Your role is critical to our overseas placement operations — managing the sourcing, screening, documentation, and mobilization of workers for manufacturing, construction, hospitality, healthcare, and skilled trades sectors in international markets.
You will work closely with OISD-approved processes, manage relationships with overseas demand letters, and coordinate with embassies, medical centers, and attestation agencies to ensure seamless deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for overseas placements across hospitality, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and IT sectors in the Gulf and Europe.
- Manage the complete overseas deployment process including demand letter verification, candidate screening, medical tests, and visa processing.
- Coordinate with OISD, POE, and e-Migrate portals for proper documentation and compliance.
- Liaise with overseas employers, PROs, and partner agencies for timely deployment.
- Conduct pre-departure orientation programs to prepare candidates for overseas employment.
- Manage candidate pipeline for multiple live mandates with 15–30 candidates per batch.
- Maintain accurate records of all placements, deployments, and post-placement follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, overseas clients, and visa processing agencies.
- Stay updated on country-specific visa regulations, labor laws, and employment conditions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in overseas recruitment or international placement
- Strong knowledge of Gulf (GCC), European, and SEA employment markets
- Experience with OISD, e-Migrate, and POE processes for government-approved recruitment
- Familiarity with demand letter verification and overseas employer vetting
- Knowledge of medical fitness requirements and embassy attestation processes
- Strong coordination skills for managing multiple batches simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience preferred
- Good command of English and Hindi (Telugu/Tamil knowledge is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Ability to work extended hours during peak deployment seasons
Benefits & Perks
- Salary of ₹6–9 LPA with placement-based performance incentives
- Comprehensive health insurance for you and immediate family
- Exposure to international recruitment markets and overseas travel opportunities
- Opportunity to visit client sites in the Gulf for relationship-building
- Professional development through NSDC and government recruitment training programs
- Career growth to Senior Specialist and Operations Manager level
- Supportive team with experienced mentors in overseas placement
- Performance bonuses on monthly and quarterly placement targets
- Company-sponsored OISD and overseas recruitment certifications
- Annual leave with encashment options
